The Pommard Noizon appellation is present since the Middle Ages and had been considered as one of the most reputable of the Beaune district wines. Made from Pinot Noir Grape, the wine is dark red in color and with an aroma of sweet red berries, mildly spiced, it is warm and round on the palate, with delicate tannins hints and long aftertaste.

To care for the vine and the land is of prime importance, and for this reason today it is essential for them to analyse and take into consideration the condition of the soil in order to cultivate healthy vines. To this end, their principle is to reduce as far as possible all phytosanitary treatment in the field. They are certified High Environmental Value, and the wines of the 2021 vintage will be certified organic.
Major factors that help arm the vine against insects and ensure that the must during vinification can be well stabilized include the use of natural, biodynamic substances in the field and consideration for the effects of the moon. During the winemaking process, their concern is to ensure that the particular characteristics of the plot and the year are truly reflected in the wine: their wines must be seductive, and their greatest reward is to see their customers appreciate them.
