Château Saint Thomas Obeidy has a very light color with green reflection, clear and brilliant. Citrus notes (lime, grapefruit), mineral, floral notes, and sweet spices. Light-bodied, fresh and pleasant wine, with notes of citrus fruits (lime) and white peach, reflecting the character of the indigenous grape and the Lebanese Terroir.

Château St. Thomas is a family-owned winery perched over 1,000 meters above the Bekaa Valley in the village of Qabb Elias, founded in the 1990s by Saïd Touma and his son Joe-Assaad. Spanning around 65 hectares, it cultivates both noble international varieties, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir, and the indigenous Lebanese grape Obeidy. A part of the “Wine Mosaic” project, the estate expertly blends innovation and tradition, producing distinctive wines from a deep, rock-cut cellar while honoring its heritage of family craftsmanship
