Château Ksara, founded in 1857 by Jesuit priests in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley near Zahle, is the country's oldest and most iconic winery. It features a historic two-kilometer network of Roman-era caves used for aging its wines. Today, Ksara farms hundreds of hectares at high altitude and produces around 3 million bottles annually, exporting to over 40 countries.
