Golden yellow, clear and brilliant Chateau St Thomas Chardonnay. Rich and explosive nose concentration bringing back to mind exotic fruits (pineapple, guava...) and banana well balanced with vanilla notes and roasted almonds. A truly intense wine and a beautiful blend of aroma and character. Medium to full bodied, this Chardonnay has ripe fruit flavors, crisp acid in the mouth and a rich, lingering finish.

Château St. Thomas is a family-owned winery perched over 1,000 meters above the Bekaa Valley in the village of Qabb Elias, founded in the 1990s by Saïd Touma and his son Joe-Assaad. Spanning around 65 hectares, it cultivates both noble international varieties, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir, and the indigenous Lebanese grape Obeidy. A part of the “Wine Mosaic” project, the estate expertly blends innovation and tradition, producing distinctive wines from a deep, rock-cut cellar while honoring its heritage of family craftsmanship
