Ageing during the last months in Costa Rican rum barrels.

Note: unpeated, the aromatic expression is characterized by a subtle blend of roasted cereals and bourbon vanilla. The result is an expressive nose with hints of sweet spices punctuated by exotic fruits, caramelized bananas, and cocoa beans.

Mouth: the attack is creamy with a honeyed texture supported by the sweet freshness of cane juice. The mid-palate is warm with additional vigor.

Finish: passionately smooth and enchanting with its woody flavors of tropical wood and macadamia nuts.

Bellevoye is a French whisky brand created in 2013 by two entrepreneurs with a passion for blending tradition and French style. Their goal was to offer something different in the whisky world: premium whiskies that combine craftsmanship, innovation, and character.

What makes Bellevoye unique is its signature triple maturation process: the whisky first ages in new French oak casks for depth, then matures in barrels that once held wine or other spirits to add distinctive flavours, and finally rests in Sauternes white wine casks for a smooth, balanced finish.
