Ageing during the last months in old Calvados barrels.

Due to the rarity of these barrels, this edition is produced in limited quantities.

The nose reveals a palette of aromas both powerful and expressive. The slightly smoky malt blends very well with the aroma of baked apples. The nose evolves with subtle spicy hints of cinnamon and nut-meg mingling with the beguiling class coming from a long ageing, with scents of orange peel and roast pineapple. The taste evokes the texture and richness of walnut oil. It is full and robust thanks to its gently salty freshness. Long and lush, the finish shows lasting aromas of precious woods.

Bellevoye is a French whisky brand created in 2013 by two entrepreneurs with a passion for blending tradition and French style. Their goal was to offer something different in the whisky world: premium whiskies that combine craftsmanship, innovation, and character.

What makes Bellevoye unique is its signature triple maturation process: the whisky first ages in new French oak casks for depth, then matures in barrels that once held wine or other spirits to add distinctive flavours, and finally rests in Sauternes white wine casks for a smooth, balanced finish.

Everything, from grain to glass, is produced in France. This 100% French approach showcases the country’s skill in whisky-making and gives Bellevoye its distinctive identity.
