Ageing during the last months in French oak barrels with slow, high-temperature toasting, specific to Bellevoye.

The intense nose reveals empyreumatic notes that evoke both ashes, toast and moka. Subtle touches of spices (cinnamon, nail clove) and liquorice reinforce its complexity. The mouth is thick, mellow and oily. Its salinity gives it a fresh and harmonious balance. Its structure is coated thanks to its elegant tannins. The finish is long and persistent on aromas peat characteristics.

Bellevoye is a French whisky brand created in 2013 by two entrepreneurs with a passion for blending tradition and French style. Their goal was to offer something different in the whisky world: premium whiskies that combine craftsmanship, innovation, and character.

What makes Bellevoye unique is its signature triple maturation process: the whisky first ages in new French oak casks for depth, then matures in barrels that once held wine or other spirits to add distinctive flavours, and finally rests in Sauternes white wine casks for a smooth, balanced finish.

Everything, from grain to glass, is produced in France. This 100% French approach showcases the country’s skill in whisky-making and gives Bellevoye its distinctive identity.
