Domaine Didier Dagueneau, in Saint-Andelain, Pouilly-Fumé, was founded in 1982 by Didier Dagueneau. The estate is famous for Sauvignon Blanc, including iconic cuvées like Silex, Pur Sang, Jardin de Babylone, and Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. Wines are crafted with hand harvesting, minimal intervention, and native yeast fermentation, reflecting the region’s flinty terroir. Today, his son Louis-Benjamin continues the legacy.
